Try it before you pay

The free plan lets you make films before you spend anything, so you know what you are buying.

Subscriptions

If Cineary is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full. After that, cancel any time: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We do not refund part of a period.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits are spent on a film, they are not refundable.

When something goes wrong

If a film fails to render or you were charged by mistake, we refund it or put the credits back, whatever the date. Tell us what happened and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Email hi@cineary.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, the merchant of record, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
