Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
You own what you bring and the films you make. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Cineary for you: capturing pages, writing scripts, rendering and exporting.
Links and material you use
Only use pages, screenshots, logos, footage and music you have the right to use. Do not use Cineary to make misleading films, impersonate others, or capture pages that are not meant to be public.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Our payment partner sells the plan as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. Cancel any time from your account: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew. Monthly films reset each period and do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire while your account is open. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Early access
Cineary is in early access. Features change, things can break, and we provide the service as it is. Keep your own copies of films you care about.
Fair use of the service
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.
Ending things
You can stop using Cineary and close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cineary is not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date and tell you. Questions go to hi@cineary.com.
